Property Management Services are run by Angela Eves, who has made her home in Chamonix and for many years has offered an incredibly efficient service to all our owners and guests.
 
Her local knowledge of Chamonix and her extensive list of contacts are second to none.

So if you have either a small or a large apartment / chalet, we can thoroughly recommend her services. She takes all the worry and hassle out of managing your property so you can sit back and enjoy your property benefits.
 
Management services
All owners have different property management requirements, so whether your place is just for your own personal use or also for guests we know it’s important to offer you a flexible service. You are therefore invited to use all or part of the services you see below:
 
  1. To hold a set of ‘master’ keys for the apartment
  2. Meet and greet your guests at the apartment with the keys
  3. To provide advice and a point of contact in Chamonix for your guests
  4. Provide a full cleaning service for the accommodation on changeover day to include laundering of linen.
  5. Set up and manage the inventory, including full inventory verification at the start of the season.
  6. To coordinate the daily running of the accommodation, maintenance, and handy man services.
