Jo and Nick have worked for marketing and media agencies in London for 11 years and our experience allows us to successfully reach the clients you need to market your property.

Getting Started
  • We charge an initial, one off set up fee of £50
  • For this we will produce your ad for the website, includes availability and price section
  • Produce a full information file for your apartment 
  • Set up booking forms and all admin for your apartment
  • We can also advise on prices to charge your guests
  • And even organise photography if you do not have your own photos
 
Managing your ad and guest bookings
  • We will keep your property information up to date for bookings made / availability
  • And provide you with a regularly updated bookings and billings report
  • Guests have the option to do a quick search of properties for their required dates
  • If your property is available you will automatically appear on this availability page
  • We will advertise any special offers and late availability for your accommodation
  • We will manage all guest queries and the booking process
  • You have the option to also take your own private bookings too
  • For Property Management Services - Angela is then informed of arrival details to meet and greet your guests and if required provide airport transfer services too.
  • We also manage all payments and receive and hold a guest damage deposit cheque for the duration of each let.

Our Commission charges

  • We charge a commission on all bookings we make for you
  • We have different levels of commission charged so we are flexible in the way we work with you.  
  • These commission levels depend on a number of factors. For example, whether you would like us to manage the whole booking process for you, the booking is made in high or low season, or whether you have your own website and leads, but would like us to manage the final booking process for you.
 
For your peace of mind
  • We have a contract we will send you so you have everything in writing that we have agreed between us. This can also include Angela's Property Management Services (meet, greet and change overs).
  • We will also happily give references from other clients if you would like these.
