What happens next?

  1. Once we receive your email we will confirm availability, price and your requirements with 24 hours.
  2. To make a booking 30% of the price of the accommodation is required within 7 days. This is required to reserve your booking.
  3. Final payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts. If your holiday starts 8 weeks or less then full payment is due straight away.
  4. A refundable damage deposit is also required of £200 (or equivalent in Euros). Ideally a separate cheque sent by post as it is not cashed. Once the property has been checked after your departure, this will be returned to you. (Cheque returned by post or money credited to your bank account according to how you originally paid.)

Other booking information

  1. You can either pay by Bank transfer or by cheque (coming soon payment by PAYPAL).
  2. You will receive a booking confirmation form by email or post, which you will need to check, sign and email/post back to us. This confirms you agree with the booking details and terms and conditions. Once this form and payment are received it will secure your booking.
  3. You will then be sent a link to a web page to view / download directions to the accommodation and general information.
  4. Please confirm your travel plans (at a later date) so we can arrange for you to be met at the accommodation with the keys (if you are not using Angela’s Airport Transfer Services).
  5. Please Note -. When booking travel, check in time 5pm and check out is 10am, we can be flexible on this but it will depend on when the previous guest leaves / arrives at the accommodation too.
