This large (78SQM) apartment is in a fantastic location at the foot of the Prarion ski lift in the village of Les Houches, in Chamonix Valley. allowing you to ski right from your door in the winter, and providing some beautiful alpine walks and mountain bikling trails in the summer. The apartment is part of a beautiful hamlet of chalets, with a guest reception where you can buy your bread & croissant in the morning, a wifi network, an indoor heated pool and gym which are open during the summer and winter holiday periods. The accommodation is on the ground floor of main reception chalet (Résidence MGM Les Hauts de Chavants) and is beautifully built with wooden facades and hand painted frescos. The apartment sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 3 doubles (one with ensuite) and the third bedroom with montagne bunk beds. The apartment has a modern kitchen, bathroom, living area with a huge comfy leather corner sofa and flatscreen TV. Off the lounge you have a large southerly facing terrace with outdoor seating & fantastic views of the surrounding mountains including Mont Blanc.

    Les Houches is situated just 5km from Chamonix town centre and is a traditional alpine village, offering all the range of mountain activities in the summer on it's doorstep including mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canyoning, rafting to name a few. The apartment is right by the main ski lift in Les Houches, Le Prarion, and also the ESF ski school as well as the skire hire shops.

    I just wanted to say thanks so much for an excellent family holiday. excellent location and facilities. We had a fantastic time at the Les Houches chalet. Amazed by the value of the lift passes and made the most of them all. Walked miles and miles and saw so much. Still lots to see! Thanks again and hope to visit again when we save up! Would recommend anytime.
