This large newly renovated apartment, spread across 3 floors is ideally located on the village square of Argentiere in Chamonix Valley. Literally next to bars, restaurants and shops and a supermarket, it is also about 10 minutes by foot to arguably the best skiing in Chamonix valley; The Grands Montets with over 150km of piste. It is also ideal for summer holidays in the Alps as the residence has access to a shared outdoor pool.The apartment been refurbished to a very high standard and is ideally situated in the centre of Argentiere. Arranged over 3 floors all with south facing views (61m2), the floors are linked via an original wood beam staircase. On the 3rd floor is double bedroom under the sloping roof. Adjacent to this is a shower and toilet. Down to the 2nd floor landing and the 2nd bedroom with south facing balcony and views over the communal gardens at the rear of building and up to Grands Montets. Also off the 2nd floor landing is the family bathroom with bath and toilet. The kitchen shares the 1st floor with the lounge/dining area and is fully fitted with oak cupboards and granite worktops. The lounge features an exposed original stone wall, a double sofa bed and access onto south facing balcony. A door off the living room leads to the bunk room with access to it's own balcony.

The apartment located in the heart of Argentiere, next to the tourist office. Th Grands Montets ski lift is a 10 minute walk, or 2 minutes on the ski bus. The nusery slopes at Le Tour at 5 minutes away on the ski bus too. There is a supermarket across the road, and lotsd of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep too. Also, for ski hire, you can get 15% off at Jerasse Sports across the orad, or 15% off at Sanglard Sports at the bottom of the Grands Montets lift station.
