This modern, stylish apartment in Residences Iris, is perfectly located right in the heart of Chamonix centre. The apartment is close to all amenities from restaurants, shops, tourist office, and lifts for Brevent and Europes highest cable car Aiguille du Midi for the famous valley blanche glacier run or to simply take in the incredible panoramic views, Mont Blanc and the glaciers. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high spec with a clever layout over 3 floors to sleep up to 6 people (35m sq + 9m sq Loi Carrez) .

The apartment also benefits from a private underground car park there is a height restriction for the car park so we advise you not to hire big 4 x 4's and roof boxes.

Apartment Overview

Groundfloor

Entering into the lounge / kitchen with an open plan american style, modern kitchen with microwave/oven, dishwash, hob, fridge/freezer and dining table with enough seating for 6 people. In addition there is a comfy sofa which forms 2 single beds. Through glass patio doors the lounge leads out onto a balcony with views of Mont Blanc.Thisapartment alsobenefits from lots of natural light from the large skylight window.

1st Mezzanine Floor

On this mezzanine floor there is 2nd lounge area with large, comfy, L shaped sofa whichcan also be made up to a kingsize bed. This floor also has TV and DVD, wardrobe and a luxury bathroom with bath, shower, sink and w/c.

2nd Mezzanine Floor

This additional open plan floor has been cleverly designed in the eaves to house one double bed and a single bed which also pulls out to form a double bed.

With the number of beds this apartment can sleep 6 people.

Situated right in the centre of Chamonix, within a snowball's throw of Chamonix's many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is also located just across from the Aiguilles du Midi cable car, which connects you to the famous Vallee Blanche, the longest off piste run in Europe. Also, Close to Brevent ski station, ski hire shops, supermarketsand all amenities.

Apartment Iris is in an excellent location, 5 min walk from the centre and close to the bus stops, ski hire, supermarket and a couple of bars which are quiet at night. The apartment is clean and modern and had everything in it we needed for our stay. There were three of us staying there, and the cost of a hotel in a similar location would be vastly more expensive.

The apartment is ideally situated in Chamonix Sud; a few mins walk to the ski bus stops and a stone's throw from the local bars, supermarket and restaurants. Inside the apartment you have everything you'd possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped for 6 people and the sleeping arrangements are comfy. We went with good friends and spent most of our time on the slopes and in the bars!! The apartment is a fantastic base, really good value for money....we loved it so much that we have already booked for the next ski season!
