This large (56SQM) apartment is within 100m of the Flegere ski lift in the village of Les Praz, just 20 minutes walk from Chamonix centre. Situated on the top (third) floor of this chalet, it has a large south facing balcony looking out onto the village of Les Praz and surrounding mountain scenery and is a great sun trap with spectacular views. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, the second having double bunk beds (bottom bed is a double, top one a single). There is also a double sofa bed. The apartment also benefits from a log fire, sky TV, DVD player and an xbox. The modern bathroom suite benefits from an oversize bath and power shower too, and there is a second separate WC as well.

Situated in the heart of Les Praz, overlooking the little church, the apartment is the perfect location for access to Flegere Telepherique and with the connecting cable car; Brevent. This is about as close to the lifts as you can get in Chamonix. The Flegere ski area is also connected to Brevent so you have the largest pisted ski terrain in Chamonix on your doorstep. If you are skiing elsewhere, this is also very easy with the ski bus just 50m away, and the Les Praz train station just 250m away The chamonix championship golf course is also 200m away.

Hi Nick and Jo, Just to let you know we had a great time (24-30th Jan) at Flegere et Golf so much so we would like to book for the same time next year but will be 4 adults and decided to take the kids this time so 2 children (15 &13). Would appreciate if you could give me a price for week in jan either the second or third week

Hi Nick & Jo, thanks again for organising our ski trip, and particularly for the apartment and the amazing views from the balcony.  It’s a great location so close to Flegere Lift, and the hotel Eden next door was a great place to eat out and go for coffee. We used the train a lot to get into town actually, as it takes only 3 mins and runs like clockwork – so convenient just behind the Eden! If you are free can we book again next year?
